Does the price of the apartments include furnishings?Yes. The price of the apartments in the Port Yves Palace aparthotel includes full interior furnishings according to the global standards of a five-star hotel. The specification of the apartment’s furnishings will be attached as an annex to the Preliminary Sale Agreement.

What is the process of signing an apartment purchase agreement?The first step is expressing the intent to reserve a specific apartment. A gentlemen’s reservation lasts from 3 to 5 days, during which the client makes a decision. The next step is signing a reservation agreement, in which the parties define the purchase price, apartment details, payment terms, and the date for signing the Preliminary Sales Agreement. The following step is signing the Preliminary Sales Agreement in the presence of a notary in the country's capital, Phnom Penh. This agreement includes detailed information regarding the construction schedule, building specifications, apartment standards and furnishings, as well as the date for concluding the Final Sales Agreement. The final legal step is signing the Final Sales Agreement in the presence of a notary.
